We utilize our experience and resources, an efficient, systematic and thorough investment process which has been developed and employed by the team. We follow a thorough investment process involving detailed market research, business and promoter background checks, and extensive financial and legal due diligence. The final outcome of the due diligence process is documented in a report and presented to the Investment Committee, where they collectively make a call on every single investment. The Investment Committee also gets engaged in formulating strategies and value creation for enhancing the value of and/or exiting from such investment.
