The founders of Noble Partners have worked with each other for more than a decade, and were the earliest veterans in the Private Equity industry in the MENA, breaking ground in the early 2000s. Trusting relationship is one of the main drivers to make the firm successful and make sure collaborative team spirit is embedded within the firm culture and values. The founding partners closely manages and mentors every investment Noble Partners takes on.

Ammar Al Khushashi

Ammar possesses more than 24 years of private banking, private equity, and management consulting experience. He advised on several acquisitions across different sectors within the MENA region.

At Noble Partners, Ammar oversees all investment and divestment decisions made at the Firm, as well as the Firm’s strategic direction. Prior to founding Noble Partners, he was the head of private banking at BNP Paribas in Abu Dhabi, where he advised family offices and HNWIs on asset allocation and different investment opportunities including alternative investments, fixed income, structured products, derivatives, real estate and fund investments in the MENA region.

Before that, Ammar was a senior member of HSBC private banking group where he also advised some family offices on asset allocation and portfolio investments across different asset classes. Ammar also worked at the private banking group at Barclay in UAE.

Ammar serves as a Board Member of several entities within the GCC.

Education / Others

Ammar has lived in Bahrain and UAE. He worked across the Gulf Cooperation Council since late 1990s. He graduated from the American University of Beirut with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.
